the provider had toys and supplies down low that could pose as a choking hazard to infantsand toddlers the provider had window blinds with cords that could pose a choking hazard to children there was flaking paint on the fence outside that the children have access to the outlets must be tamper resistant - there were push plugs in all the outlets the outlets by water need to be GFCI tamper resistant outlets
